PT Finantier Teknologi Indonesia is a fintech platform company named Finantier (“Platform”,”We”, “Us” or “Finantier”), which is registered and monitored by Financial Services Authority (“OJK”). In order to carry out its business activities, we are required to comply with the applicable regulations, especially OJK’s regulations. We provide this Privacy Policy in order to inform our rights and obligations and yours as the user of the Platform (“Consumer”, “Consumers”, ”You” or “Your”) regarding the Consumer personal information.


This Privacy Policy explains to the Consumers how We use, share, store and commit to protect any information that the Consumer provide to us when using the Platform. Consumers are required to read the privacy’s terms and conditions before the Consumers provide the information and use the Platform. By using the Platform, Consumers understand, agree, be bound and declare that they are subject to the privacy conditions and Platform services conditions. Furthermore, the Consumers agree to fully give all the authority to Us to modify the privacy conditions and Platform services conditions and the Consumers declare them bound to it. Consumers are required to always read and understand the implementation of the terms periodically so that Consumers are aware of any changes to the privacy conditions and Platform services conditions (if any).

  1. Information that Finantier Collect When Consumers Use the Platform Services:

    Your use of the Platform is free and without compulsion from any party, if the Consumers decide to use the Platform, the Consumers will provide the following Information:

    1. Personal Information that the Consumers will Give

      We collect the personal information that Consumers provide when using the Platform, so that the Platform may verify that the Consumers personal information have meet the requirements or not, and provide more personal services based on the Consumers personal information, which includes:

      • Indonesia Identity Card Number, and the relevant information made based on Your Indonesia Identity Card Number, such as:
        • place and date of born;
        • gender;
        • marital status;
        • education status;
        • phone number and Emergency Number;
        • domicile address and house status;
        • family members’ name;
        • email address;
        • alternative contact;
      • work information, such as:
        • company’s name;
        • company’s address;
        • company’s contact number;
        • income per month;
        • period of work;
        • occupation;
        • job description;
        • guarantor phone number;
        • photo of the Consumer;
        • information on the Consumer’s location through GPS; and
        • other information that is required by governmental bodies, if requested.

      Further, the information that we collect includes the registered account, nick name, and other information that may change from time to time according to our needs and/or in accordance with the requirements specified by the applicable laws and regulations. This includes the information required by the features we offer, such as the camera used to take photo and upload your avatar.

    2. Other Information that We Collect

      We can expedite the analysis of Consumers personal information and data by accessing other information obtained through the visit and/or in collaboration with other third party.

      The information we collect are the information about the product that you use, such as viewing and downloading a history of the loan products that you use so that we can help you to quickly find the product that you are interested with.

    3. Consumers Device Information

      We collect the information regarding the device that the Consumers use when Consumers use the Platform to provide some useful features, for the example by automatically optimizing the camera effect based on the device type, deactivate the Platform services on virtual machine, and others.

      Information we collect is the unique identifier, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, Wi-Fi address, MAC address, cellular network information (including provider name and phone number) and application version number.

    4. Consumers Location Information

      We collect Consumers location information when the Consumers use the Platform to provide some useful features, for the example, equipped with different customer service staff based on Consumers location in order to improve the service quality, and so on.

      We can determine the location of the Consumers through GPS, Bluetooth, passive mode.

    5. Consumers Internet Information

      We will ask the Consumers to authorize the internet usage permission in order to connect to the Platform and normal use of Platform services.

    6. Consumers Notification Information

      We will ask the Consumers to authorize the application permission to allow the background to roll out and vibrate to provide some useful features. Example: Turn on the screen, vibrate, and notification when an incoming message.

    7. Consumers Call Information

      We will ask the Consumers to authorize the permission use to make outgoing calls to make it easier to call the hotline.

    8. Consumers Cookies Information

      When Consumers visit the website of the Platform, we automatically use cookies. If cookies are enabled, the cookies will record a small of data on the website of the Platform that Consumers visit, and cookies will help us to track the features that Consumers have most interested with and content that Consumers have visited in the past. When Consumers visit our website at a later time, cookies will make it easier for us to adjust the content to meet the Consumers need. These cookies do not track the Consumer data separately and all of our cookies data are encrypted where other websites cannot read it. Consumers can turn off the cookies function though the Consumers browser page in the configuration section. However, please note that this configuration can interfere with certain features of the Platform.

      Personal information collected by us will be stored electronically and will be managed for various purposes as follows:

      We collect the information about how customers use the products, such as view or download, and record the loans for choosing the right products for the customers.

      • Internet Information

      • Design and offer customized products and services offered by our third-party financial partners.
      • Send communications notifications, information regarding the products or services requested by You or process queries and applications that You have made on the Platform.
      • Manage Our relationship with You and inform You about other products or services We think You might find of some use.
      • Use Your information in order to comply with local laws and regulations.
      • to conduct KYC for our third-party lending partners based on the information shared by you for the provision of Services.
      • Use your information in other ways permitted by law to enable You to take financial services from our partners;
      • Identify You when contacting us or visiting our website and our application.
      • Identify You to your interest on our services or products.
      • Contact You according to your needs.
      • To meet your needs in the future, update our website and application.
      • Ensure the most effective display solution for the web Flash and application.

    We are a technology service provider facilitating the access between lenders and borrowers. We provide any and/or all information regarding financial products provided by Our Third-Party partners. These Services allow You to be able to see, analyze, read, and compare that information. In addition to the foregoing, Finantier also provides certain other services with respect to data analytics subject to these Terms and Conditions.

    1. We will never sell, or disclose to any third party the Consumers personal information collected from the distribution of the Platform, unless we are required to do so by law or receive the prior explanation and approval from the Consumers.
    2. Consumers may disclose the Consumers personal information if required to do so by law or in good faith that the action is needed to:

      In accordance with the legal decisions;

      • To comply with any legal obligation or an order from the government and/or a statutory authority;
      • Obey the orders of competent judicial authority in any jurisdiction;
      • Comply with the legal process presented on the Platform;
      • Protect and defend the media rights or property;
      • Share with Our third-party partners for providing the Services as detailed under Terms and Conditions;
      • Acting in an urgent situation to protect the safety of the Consumers personally; or
      • To enforce our terms and conditions.

      As long as permitted by the applicable law, in this case the Consumers agree to not to sue us in any form related to the disclosure of Consumers Personal Information.

      We may also share or disclose Consumers personal information to comply with the law or respond to the legal process or legitimate request, including from the law enforcement and government agency. Consumers may always choose not to provide the Personal Information, but this can prevent Consumers from receiving certain services. For example, to set up an Consumer account, Consumers must provide a valid email address so that the Consumers may enter into it and so that we may contact the Consumers regarding important account activity. If Consumers do not complete the account registration process, we will not be able to display the Advertising Content on the Consumers lock screen.

    3. We may disclose the Consumers information to any third party in connection with the reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or disposal of all or part of our business, assets or shares, including in connection with the bankruptcy or similar processes.
  3. Security Information

    We will engage in data security for information that Consumers provide to use to prevent the unauthorized users from disclosing any information intentionally or unintentionally that causes loss of information that Consumers provide to use. Consumers personal information will be permanently deleted if we do not need it.

  4. Cookies

    "Cookies" are types of files that contain information sent by the website to the computer hard disk of every visitor who visits the website for the purpose of recording by computer, such as an internet protocol (IP) address, typing the browser and its operating system (OS), day, date, hour when visitor access the website and data from a small-click server stream to monitor the activity of accessing the website and the address of the website accessed by the Consumers.     Because the Consumers have agreed to surrender all authority to modify the privacy policy and Platform services conditions to us completely and Consumers declare themselves bound to them, we recommend the Consumers to always see them regularly, read and look the information in advance about this privacy before accessing the Platform.


    If the Customers have further questions about this privacy policy, the Customers may send the questions on the Platform to info@finantier.id This Privacy Policy may be changed and / or updated from time to time. When We do so, We will update and publish the latest version of this Privacy Policy on the Platform.


    You are advised to read carefully and check this Privacy Policy from time to time so that you remain informed about the latest changes in this Privacy Policy.


    We may notify You of changes made to this Privacy Policy via push, pop-up or e-mail to your registered e-mail address.


    By continuing to access and use the Platform and Services, the Consumer is deemed to agree to all the changes in this Privacy Policy.


    This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of the use of the Platform will be resolved at Indonesian National Arbitration Board.


    The Consumer hereby gives consent to and authorisations the Platform to do the process and use the Consumer’s Personal Data as regulated under this Privacy Policy electronically when the Consumer clicks the "Agree" button when accessing Platform in accordance with the laws and regulations so that there shall be no need for signature on papers.

Disclaimer

Media is an open domain where there is a risk of copying by group or individual, reprinting, tampering with, or doing other things. Illegal purposes in paragraphs or photos and other personal data uploaded to the internet, therefore the customers must be fully aware of this kind of risk. As a web service provider, we are not responsible for the statements or content provided by users on forum, personal home pages, or other interactive area. Consumers expressly agree that the risk or consequences of using the Platform will be fully borne by the Customers and we will not be responsible for the risks or consequences abovementioned.


Your password is the key to enter into your account. Please use numbers, letters and special and unique characters, and never give your password to anyone. If the Consumers share the password with any party, then it is the full responsibility of the Consumers and all consequences are the responsibility of the Consumers. If the Customers lose control of the password, the Consumers may lose control of personal information and other information provided to us. Consumers may also be charged by actions subject to law taken on behalf of the Consumers. Therefore, if the Consumers password has been misused, the Consumers must contact us and change the password. Consumers will continue to be reminded to always log off from their account and close their browser after every time they use the computer.


Violation of this registration agreement, violation of ethics or law, and violation of the others rights (including intellectual property rights) are the responsibility of the violating party. At the same time, content delivery services from any third party through the Platform or included in the Platform are the responsibility of the sender of the content.


The displayed, stored or uploaded contents by Consumers, other users or any third party are the responsibility of the publisher, storer or uploader, including responsibility for loss or damage caused by the content.


Mistakes, slander, defamation, neglect, lies, obscenity, pornography or defamation that can be caused by any third party through the Platform are the responsibility of the third party.


Hacking, computer or cell phone viruses, illegal use, embezzlement, destruction or loss of Consumers account number or password due to Consumers negligence in protecting them, leaking Consumers personal data due to other websites linked to this website, or losses due to reasons other than other media, are the responsibility of the Consumers. Consumers may contact us immediately and we will provide assistance in good faith in the event that Consumers discovers misuse of a Consumers account or the conditions under which a security breach occurred.


Other interruptions or deficiencies in network services caused by reasons outside the Platform are the responsibility of the network provider.


We do not guarantee that this Platform can meet Your needs; there is no guarantee that the Platform will not be interrupted, nor will it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of services.


We offer a free loan search and referral service, please be aware of any pre-costs (advances) encountered during the loan process are fraudulent in order to avoid any losses.


We have the right to take legal action in the event of any losses caused to Us caused by the Consumers.
